I have been a professional hairstylist and makeup artist for over 20 years now and I am so thankful to have a career that I love so dearly.  It is not just the artistic aspect of the job that I love, it’s my clients.  

I grew up in a small town in southwest Minnesota, and as soon as I graduated I moved to minneapolis to go to cosmetology and makeup school. I started off my career as a makeup artist and hairstylist primarily working on photoshoots, runway shows, tv/film, video and bridal.

After working within that side of the business for many years, I decided to make a shift and start doing something that I have always had a huge passion for…. hair extensions! I attended some very extensive training programs for extensions, business and haircolor, and I currently have my own hair extensions studio in Sioux Falls, SD, but we will be relocating to Alexandria, MN this summer to be closer to our family. My new salon studio will be opening in Alexandria in August!

My career has brought me many places and given me the opportunity to work with so many amazing people. I’m very thankful that I get to do something everyday where I can always be inspired and creative, while helping boost peoples confidence.
